Flannel Fest 2026!
Flannel Fest 2026 brought the Madawaska Valley community together for an unforgettable mid-winter celebration over the Family Day weekend—and it did not disappoint.
From the early days of the festival, families and friends came out to take part in everything from the baked bean competition and bingo at the Legion to the always-creative drawing contest celebrating its milestone year. As the weekend rolled in, the energy only grew—outdoor activities, fresh snowmen, warm cups of hot chocolate, and plenty of laughter filled Barry’s Bay and Combermere.
The pancake breakfast was a huge hit, bringing people together to start the day right, and the live music from Fireweed capped things off with a fantastic night of entertainment. Add in skating, games, and community-driven events throughout the week, and it was clear this festival continues to be something special.
Boyer Bancroft GM was proud to support such a meaningful and fun-filled event that celebrates community spirit in the heart of winter.
